Jesa, a play by Acting alum Jeena Yi '14, is set to have its world premiere at The Public's Shiva Theater from March 10 to April 5, 2026, presented by Ma-Yi Theatre Company. 

After a sold-out run in Fall 2025, The Honey Trap extended its tenure at the Off-Broadway Irish Repertory Theatre into January and February 2026.

Theatre Professor David Henry Hwang's opera, An American Soldier, has been nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Opera Recording. 

This year, Columbia alums and faculty are prominently featured in the Under The Radar Festival. 

Acting alum Dave Register '15 stars in the second season of the Amazon Prime series Fallout, which premiered December 17 with new episodes coming out until mid-February. Register, who plays the role of Chet, was also a part of the first season and is slated to be part of the third season as well.
