Ronald Robertson was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received his B.S. from Tulane University and his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles. He recently completed an MFA in fiction at Columbia University and was nominated for the Henfield prize. He will teach fiction at Columbia University as an Early Career Fellow.
