Andie Carver

Andie Carver is an artist based in New York. Her painting practice opens her attention to the world and serves as a record of her immersion in it. The internal ecology of her paintings is responsive to one found in nature and is a means for her consideration of interdependence and the shared condition of earthly life. She is from South Carolina and received an MFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University in 2024 and a BA in Studio Art from College of Charleston in 2020. She has received two Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation grants and is a current resident at Hercules Art Studio program.
