What themes or subjects are you currently addressing in your work?
Games, puzzles, and play, as it relates to life and art.
What materials do you work with?
Much of my work originates on a computer and results in products in diverse media: video, prints, laser-cut sculptures and online installations.
What is challenging your practice right now?
Finding unique and potent ways of getting my work out of the studio and into the world without the "permission" of gatekeepers.
What artist or work of art do you find yourself returning to and why?
I love the media-aware and humorous work of John Baldessari. The work is often dry and flat, in the most glamorous and hilarious ways.
Your peers ask: Who do you secretly copy?
The style of my video titling is cribbed from that of the films of another favorite artist, Jack Goldstein.
