Ghost Light, Meet the Dramaturgs is a Theatre series featuring Columbia Dramaturg students, faculty, and alumni, learning about their work, aspirations, and pandemic passion projects.

The Walker Arts Center announced that Theatre Management and Producing alumna Seena Hodges ’13 has been elected as the president of their board of trustees.

Acting alumnus Blaze Mancillas ’12 is the creator and host of Let’s Get Lit Live, a night of music, comedy and short stories at Caveat in New York, NY on October 26, 2021 at 9:30 pm.

Three films by Columbia filmmakers will play at this year’s Woodstock Film Festival. They are: The Winter House, The Binding of Itzik, and Hector’s Woman.

 

Staging Shakespeare: A Director’s Guide to Preparing a Production by Professor and Theatre Program Chair Brian Kulick was recently released by Bloomsbury.

For his thesis production, student Colm Summers directs two rarely-staged short plays by María Irene Fornés.
