Yishan Li
Yishan Li (she/her) is a stage manager from Dalian, China. With a B.A. in English and an M.A. in Conference Interpreting, she has spent five years in institutional communications, translating between people, languages, and systems. She found her way back to live performance through large-scale campus events, rehearsal rooms, and backstage work. Her work is grounded in cross-cultural communication, structured thinking, live coordination, and an interest in tools that make rehearsal processes clearer and more humane.
