Myna Joseph

Myna Joseph is a writer/director whose films including Man and Fit Model, have screened at Cannes Directors’ Fortnight, Sundance, the New York Film Festival, SXSW, and New Directors/New Films at Lincoln Center, with Fit Model in current release by The Criterion Channel. She was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best First Screenplay for The Mend, which premiered at SXSW and was also nominated for a Gotham Award. Myna was selected for the Sundance Screenwriting and Directing Labs, the Time Warner Storytelling Fellowship, the Tribeca/CHANEL grant, and the NYC Women's Fund. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and Columbia University’s M.F.A. film program.
