Liz Hayes

Liz Hayes is an actor, artist educator, and spoken voice coach, specializing in accent acquisition and working with heightened text. She has served on the Voice and Speech faculties of The Juilliard School’s Drama Division, the MFA Acting Program at Brooklyn College, NYU/Tisch's New Studio on Broadway, Pace University, Syracuse University’s Tepper Semester, The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Emerson College and the Walnut Hill School for the Arts. Liz has worked as a Voice and Dialect Coach both on and off-Broadway, and is currently the Resident Voice and Dialect coach for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Stranger Things: The First Shadow. Other theater companies and institutions include Lincoln Center Theater, The Roundabout Theatre Co., Second Stage Theater, Playwrights Horizons, McCarter Theatre Center, Two River Theater, Huntington Theatre Co., Audible Theater and the Juilliard School. As an actor, Liz has appeared onstage at The Roundabout Theatre Co., the Menier Chocolate Factory in London, and many regional theaters including McCarter Theatre Center and The Old Globe. She has also worked with numerous Boston-based companies, where she was a founding member of the Elliot Norton Award-winning theater company Orfeo Group. Liz is a member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA, VASTA and The Actors Center, holds an MFA from GWU/The Shakespeare Theatre Company, and is a graduate of Brown University.
