Hello All,

Thank you to everyone with productions approved during Phase 2! And thank you to everyone working on a Phase 2 production approvals!

A few reminders:

Every Production for credit within the program must follow both Phase 2 Guidelines and Local Guidelines. When the policies differ, you must abide by the more strict guideline.

ALL CCOs must enforce Phase 2 alongside Local Guidelines. Especially social distance requirements, which are currently no-contact within 2 feet for actors and no contact within 6 feet for all cast and crew.

Phase 2 Policy Documents

The text of the attached documents can also be found on these pages of the Hub:

Testing is strongly encouraged for all production.

Any non-CU affiliate planned to be on campus needs to not only be onboarded, but must have a gateway test and follow all campus policies.

Onboarding process for non-CU affiliates requires 20 business days lead time, review the Testing Guide

Determine the number of tests your production will need when planning your production.

Private testing options are available, but can impact shoot days, especially if a second test is scheduled for the first and fourth days of production

Covid Production Stipends are available to help offset COVID-related production costs for films that complete principal photography by August 13th, 2021.

Each student at project level may request funds once (No double-COVID funds awarded to any one project.) Amounts follow:

3-5s $300 per film

5-12s/8-12s $1000 per film

D4s $1500 per film

Thesis-level films $2000 per film

As always, The Risk Management and Production Planning team welcomes individual inquiries about Phase 2 as you begin to plan productions for this year. Reach out with an email including your production title in the subject line, and/or make an appointment as needed.

Have a good week,

Ann
