Penguin Random House Publishes Debut Novel By Sasha Fletcher '12

Be Here to Love Me at the End of the World by Sasha Fletcher '12 will be published by Penguin Random House on February 15, 2022, and is now available for pre-order.

Fletcher's debut novel is a love story set in a bad dream about America. Following the lives of a couple in love during a cold winter in Brooklyn, Be Here to Love Me at the End of the World delves into topics of permanent debt, secret police, making dinner, and unpaid invoices—right up until the end of the world. Set in a "surreal, funny, and heart-breaking version of reality," Fletcher's novel intertwines the mundane with the sublime, the absurd, and the tragic.
