Hello All,

Our Phase 2, industry aligned, COVID PCR testing protocols create a unique demand within Columbia Health's system. We have been working in close collaboration with Columbia Testing and other University partners to better support your visits to the on-campus testing centers, and have the following updates for you:

Enrolled MFA Students:

Are able to test once per week by default.

Must be registered in advance to guarantee access to more than 1 COVID PCR Columbia Health administered test in a week

For 1st year students in 3-5 production, we conducted a poll (thank you all for your answers!!) this past weekend. You are all now registered with access to 2 tests per week(including on consecutive days) through the end of 3-5 production March 30th, 2021.

For all students moving forward, please fill out this Multiple On-Campus COVID PCR Test Registry if you will pursue multiple tests in any week.

Non-Affiliates:

Review the Testing Guide Section C on the HUB for the details of the process and timeline to onboard non-affiliates for access to on-campus testing and facilities.

Columbia Health is currently not able to provide tests to non-CU affiliates under the age of 18, Minors and Guardians will need to access in-person or mail-in PCR tests from private providers. Please refer to the Hub for some Mail-in PCR test options and contact your local health authority for additional testing options.

Keep the following in mind for all testing on campus:

If you arrive more than 10 minutes early you will be directed to wait outside the building until your scheduled time

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will be directed to leave the building and schedule a new appointment

If you experience any issues (including concern about multiple tests) at check-in, a polite conversation with the manager should resolve any concern.

We strongly encourage testing for all productions.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Ann
