Writer Lucy Sante in conversation with Writing Program Professor Lis Harris.

Lucy Sante is the author of Low Life, Evidence, The Factory of Facts, Kill All Your Darlings, Folk Photography, The Other Paris, Maybe the People Would Be the Times, Nineteen Reservoirs, and, most recently, I Heard Her Call My Name. Her awards include a Whiting Writers Award, an Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, a Grammy (for album notes), an Infinity Award from the International Center of Photography, and Guggenheim and Cullman Center fellowships. She recently retired after 24 years teaching writing and the history of photography at Bard College.

Guest Registration (those without a CUID) is Required

If you do not have an active CUID, you must email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance of the event in order to register. Please specify which event you want to attend, and please include your name as it appears on your ID. The day before the event, you will receive an email with a QR code that you will have to present along with your ID in order to access the Morningside Campus.
