Geoff Dyer’s many books include But Beautiful (about jazz); Out of Sheer Rage (about D. H. Lawrence); Yoga For People Who Can’t Be Bothered To Do It (travel); Zona (about Tarkovsky’s film Stalker), The Missing of the Somme (about the First World War) The Last Days of Roger Federer and, most recently, Homework, a memoir. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature, an Honorary Fellow of Corpus Christi College, Oxford, and a member of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences. His books have won numerous prizes and have been translated into twenty-six languages.

If you do not have an active CUID, you must email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance of the event in order to register. Please specify which event you want to attend, and please include your name as it appears on your ID. The day before the event, you will receive an email with a QR code that you will have to present along with your ID in order to access campus.
