Stacey Cooper McMath

Stacey Cooper McMath is a Senior Consultant at Webb Mgmt, an arts management consulting practice that provides advisory services to governments, arts organizations, grantmakers, and universities. She has 20 years of experience in public sector policy, grantmaking, cultural research, evaluation, and strategic initiatives. 

Prior to joining Webb Mgmt Stacey served for eight years as Director of the Programs Unit in the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, where she administered the $28M Cultural Development Fund and instituted major equity reforms to the fund. She was a collaborator on New York City’s cultural plan, CreateNYC, and led research initiatives on the agency’s behalf around workforce demographics and the impact of Covid-19. In 2020 she was named a Women in Power Leadership Fellow by the Belfer Center for Innovation at the 92nd Street Y.

Stacey is also on the faculty at Bard College’s NYC Campus. She holds an MFA in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University, and a BA in American History from Barnard College.
