Laura Venita Green is the author of the novel Sister Creatures, a 2025 Indie Next pick, Debutiful best debut, and LitHub notable small press book. Winner of the Story Foundation Prize, her fiction and translations have appeared in the Missouri Review, Joyland, Story, Asymptote, World Literature Today, and elsewhere. Originally from Louisiana, she lives with her husband in New York City.
