Kiah Jones's company with Karen Robinson, K+K Reset, LLC, is one of the first HR organizations to bring HR practices to Broadway. As of 2019, they have supported 30+ Broadway shows with their expertise. Trailblazers in the industry, Kiah and Karen provide a host of services to Broadway productions including Respect and Dignity in the Workplace training, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility training, mediations, policy design, coaching for managers and employment law advisement. A few of the shows they currently support include Moulin Rouge!, Phantom of the Opera, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Death of a Salesman. Together, in addition to co-founding K+K Reset LLC, they both sit on the Board for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources. K+K Reset, LLC is a Certified M/WBE – a Minority Women Owned Business Enterprise.
As National Director of Recruiting for several global outsourcing companies, Karen was a key member of the national implementation team. Karen successfully managed over 40+ implementations of Fortune 100/500 companies. Karen served as a Master Trainer for national and global initiatives including the Internship program which made Forbes Top 50 list several years in row. Karen has hired over 8,000 professionals and 500+ top executives over the last 30 years. Karen holds numerous awards including the Stevie Award for HR Department of the Year. Karen has specific expertise in design and delivery of training programs on a range of topics including Executive Coaching, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Behavioral Style Interviewing. Karen is currently CEO and Co-Founder of K+K, LLC, an HR Management Consulting firm where she assists clients with the full range of HR services including Talent Management, Training and Development, and Organizational Development.
