Jennifer McCabe

Jennifer McCabe has been teaching, coaching and directing actors for nearly three decades. She is a Professor and the Chair of the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Multimedia Performing Arts for CUNY at Lehman College. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Directing at: NYU Tisch UGFTV and at Columbia Graduate Film Program. She has been a Visiting Professor at SUNY Purchase, The New School (BFA, MFA), Stonestreet Studios and been a Guest Artist at SUNY New Paltz and Vassar College.

She conducts workshops and classes at her private studio, Jennifer McCabe Studios. As an actor, McCabe has portrayed over sixty stage roles, regionally and Off-Broadway. For screen, some of her TV performances include: NBC: Manifest, Blindspot, Law and Order: SVU, Law and Order: Organized Crime; CBS: FBI: Most Wanted; FX: The Americans. HBO: Sex and the City. Her upcoming films: Can’t You See I’m Trying, Your Lips Never Left Mine.
