Hang Yin
Hang Yin (he/him) is thrilled to be part of the Stage Management MFA program at Columbia University. After moving to the U.S. to continue his educational journey, he discovered a deep passion for theatre. Hang earned his B.A. in Communication with a minor in Theatre from the University at Buffalo, where he participated in numerous productions for the Department of Theatre and Dance, taking on various technical roles. Before coming to Columbia, he served as the resident stage manager (Season 2023–2024) for the Historic Palace Theatre in Lockport, New York, where he had an incredible experience collaborating with an amazing team. Now, Hang is very excited to embark on this new chapter and embrace all the opportunities ahead.
