Herbert Hugh is a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over fourteen years of experience providing direct clinical services and supervision and training of other mental health practitioners. Herbert joins us from Columbia School of Social Work where he served as an Associate Director of Advising. Before joining the Columbia University community, Herbert served as the Assistant Clinical Director at University Settlement, where he helped to oversee its outpatient mental health clinic and satellite clinics. Herbert has also worked in a number of public defender offices and served as a 5th-grade teacher at a public elementary school in the Bronx.
