Columbia University Writing Program Professor Ben Marcus reads Kazuo Ishiguro’s story, “A Village After Dark,” for The New Yorker’s fiction podcast

Ben Marcus is the author of The Age of Wire and String (1995) and Notable American Women (2002), as well as editor of the anthology, The Anchor Book of New American Short Stories (2004). Marcus published a story, “What Have You Done?” in an August 2011 issue of The New Yorker. His upcoming book, The Flame Alphabet is due out in 2012.
