Workshop involving playwrights' and dramaturgs' working together on the initial stages of developing a new play. Readings of the playwrights' new works (sometimes cold, sometimes lightly rehearsed) take place with invited actors.
A discussion led by the dramaturgs follows. Another element of the class is a dramaturg driven project the class creates together.
