Gary Graham ’05 has been tapped to adapt the science-fiction novel Railhead for Warner Bros. Doug Liman (The Bourne Identity, Edge of Tomorrow) has been attached to direct and produce.

Railhead tells the story of a young thief named Zen who goes on a daring mission to infiltrate a massive network of trains that traverses the galaxy. The book, by Philip Reeve, was published last fall by Oxford Press, and has been compared by critics to Dune, Alien and Blade Runner.

Graham first garnered the attention of the studios with his blacklist script A Garden at the End of the World, which Warner Bros picked up in 2014 to be adapted into a reboot of the hit 2007 film I Am Legend.
