Sonya Chung’s stories, reviews, & essays have appeared in The Threepenny Review, Crab Orchard Review, Sonora Review, FiveChapters, and BOMB Magazine, among others. She is a recipient of a Pushcart Prize nomination, the Charles Johnson Fiction Award, and the Bronx Council on the Arts Writers’ Fellowship & Residency. She contributes regularly to the literary blog The Millions and has taught fiction at the Gotham Writers Workshop, the College of Mt. Saint Vincent, and New York University. Her novel Long for This World was published in March 2010 by Scribner. She lives in New York City and rural Pennsylvania.
